Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo, Piemonte. Average age of the vines: 40-60 years. A full bodied wine, with an intense aroma and long persisting on the palate. Garnet deep red color with brick-red nuances. Aroma: intense, complex with dominant of cherry and violet and jams.Taste:a full bodied, powerful, tasty with high level and harmonic tannins; warm and full-flavoured with dominate features of violet , dark chocolate wrapped in rose.Alcohol: 14%. Maturing: in big barrel for 40 months(2+ years) / in bottle for 6 months Food-Wine Coupling: best for steaks and games. Perfect also for spice Asian food.
