Herb Seeds - Fennel

Fennel is a wonderful herb that has many uses but in the garden, let it flower. The flowers are outstanding for attracting beneficial insects. It will attract masses of bees including honey bees. A unique flavor similar to licorice that is great with fish and chicken. The bulb type stem is delicious sliced and stir fried. A half of teaspoon of Fennel Seeds.
