German WWII Kreis Level Single Political Collar Tab for HauptStellenleiter-This third pattern collar tab would be worn by an office leader in the administration. The buckram stiffener is visible on the reverse. It is piped in black and has a light tan double “L” tress on a tan velvet backing.
