This rosé, made from native Sumoll and Parellada grapes, is unfiltered and fermented with wild yeasts. Pale salmon in color, it offers aromas of wild berries, citrus peel, and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is vibrant, with crisp acidity, subtle red fruit, and a mineral, slightly saline finish. It’s a pure, expressive rosé that captures the essence of Catalonia’s high-altitude terroir.
