He partnered with Massimo Monticelli, a former winemaker at Silver Oak, to craft wines at the B. Wise Estate. With additional guidance from renowned winemaker Mark Herold, B. Wise produces the ‘Wisdom’ Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 20 months in French oak, including a portion of new barrels, it offers rich aromas of Morello cherry, cocoa, and tobacco, complemented by silky tannins and flavors of blackberry, cassis, sage, and graphite.  Pairing: Braised Beef Shorts Ribs with Herb Mashed Potatoes
