Royal Icing

Royal Icing, is a gorgeous blurple toned topper with crystal chameleon flakies, fantasy flakies, scattered holo pigment and assorted holographic microflakies and shreds. Builds to opacity on its own as well as making a beautiful topper to a wide range of base colors. This polish was a custom created for the Undies for Indies Facebook Group but is available to everyone! The group provided inspiration photos and voted. After winning photo was determined, I then created 3 undie options and 1 topper. The vote was pretty close as to which undie was a favorite, so three undies were made available: Enchant-Mint, Princess Pink and Imperial Plum.
