Tree Swallow Spiral notebook
Write Your Own Story. The best moments in nature often come with a little patience—and a lot of excitement. A notebook isn’t just for writing; it’s a place to hold onto the thrill of discovery, the challenge of the chase, and the joy of capturing something special. Last spring, we were thrilled to find that our neighbor’s tree swallow had chosen our birdhouse as its new home. So, on a chilly Saturday morning, before the sun had even risen, I set up my tripod and camera, ready to witness their morning routine. It didn’t take long before the air was filled with movement—tree swallows zipping in and out, never sitting still for long. Photographing them wasn’t easy. They were fast, unpredictable, and always on the move. But patience is everything in wildlife photography. I stayed with them, watching, waiting, and eventually capturing a few incredible images. This one? My favorite of them all. Some moments deserve more than a memory. Write them down. Keep them forever.
