Hecate Pannier Leather Bustle Belt

This dramatic waist belt is made from smooth, Italian vegetable tanned leather. The belt has a ¾” wide waist band that closes at the front with a buckle. Extended “peplums” hang from the bottom of the belt to rest against the hips, accentuating the curves. Small triangles sit up from the waist band to hug the waist.
