Tuscan Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil

We are pleased to continue offering a mixed-varietal extra virgin olive oil blend this year. Our Tuscan Blend is a blend of Frantoio, Maurino, Leccino, Pendolino, and Arbequina. These olives come from a single orchard in Northern California and were milled on-site with the use of a Pieralisi Hammer Mill. Expect robust, green, grassy notes with a medium balanced pungency. This olive oil can be used in a variety of dishes, but we imagine this oil pairs best with white beans, Italian-inspired soups, or grilled meats.  Milled from 100% California grown olives.
