Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake

The Creamsicle is a classic summer frozen treat that everyone is sure to love. This simple orange and vanilla flavored cheesecake is the perfect dessert after a long day of summer fun.  My wife has always been a huge fan of orange creamsicles and orange crush soda.  So this got me thinking, it wouldn’t be too difficult to recreate the magic in a Cheesecake.  So at that moment the recipe was born. A classic graham cracker crust topped with a Triple Layer of Cheesecake; Fresh squeezed Orange juice mixed into our classic NY Cheesecake batter, then a layer of vanilla cheesecake topped with another layer of Orange Cheesecake. Optional toppings include White Cream Cheese Frosting or a Chocolate Ganache.
