NWT (New with tags) Modcloth "Reminiscent Vision Skirt" is an adorable trench coat-style skirt with a button down front, side pockets, pleats, and a removable matching belt. Buttons up on the outside in a single row (the second row of outer buttons are just decorative) and buttons up on the inside as well with a row of smaller clear buttons. Elastic portion in the back for a snug fit and to accommodate different sizes. Fully lined. Cotton/spandex blend with a 100% cotton lining. New and in its original packaging and never worn. Size S.
