NWOT (New without tags) Modcloth "Miracle Maxi Dress" in Blue & White is a striped chevron pattern with sheer cap sleeves, a scoop neck, elastic waist, and a keyhole and button closure in the back. Fully lined. Polyester. New without tags and never worn. Size S, but due to the elastic waist it can most likely fit a Medium as well (please compare the measurements listed for the most accurate fit though).
