Rare Anthropologie "Wind Rippled Tee" by Ric Rac is black with a cowl neck, 3/4 length sleeves and a ruffle detail on the front in cotton and chiffon with an asymmetrical neckline. Worn a few times and has some wash wear (please see photos), but it's in overall good condition. Rare and hard to find! Size M.
