Hawaiian Koa is coveted tonewood that has a look all its own. Each piece of Koa is unique, offering contrast via its streaky or stratified look. We hear it as a brighter-sounding mahogany with a sweet top-end. The look is further complemented by an abalone rosette inlay and Maple/Rosewood Binding. Taylor's V-Class bracing allows this guitar to resonate beautifully even with a light touch. The neck is made from Mahogany and is shaped to the classic, typical Taylor Neck Profile.
