The PRS Fiore Electric Guitar in Sugar Moon is another Bolt-On offering from Paul Reed Smith. PRS developed this exceptional guitar in collaboration with Composer, Producer, Instructor Mark Lettieri. With a Swamp Ash Body, Maple Neck, and HSS pickup config, this electric guitar is equipped to handle anything you can throw at it. The neck material chosen for this guitar is Maple. The neck profile is named after the guitar. So the 'Fiore Neck Profile' has some heft to it. It's not as thin as many necks that you'll find on a Strat. The depth at the 1st fret is .870" while the depth at the 12th fret is .960". We feel an ultra-subtle V down in the 1st position but it's so exceptionally soft, some hands may not feel it. 25.5" scale length adds half an inch to traditional PRS measurement making the strings feel a little tauter and adding some serious snap to the mix.  A Swamp Ash body was selected for this guitar, making the comparison to an early Stratocaster easy.
