Piquillo Peppers with Sweet Kombu

Piquillo peppers are small, sweet peppers grown in northern Spain. These whole tinned piquillo peppers are preserved in extra virgin olive oil with whole garlic cloves and diver-caught sweet kombu seaweed. This is a unique and delicious vegetarian variation of conserva, with smokey depth, brisk salinity, and tangy sweetness. Serve straight out of the tin for easy tapas!
