Soma Twinkle Bar Milk Chocolate with Caramel and Newfoundland Sea Salt

As beautiful as the winter sky. As delicious as a jar of salted caramel sauce. As festive as it gets. Hunks of Newfoundland Sea Salt suspended in luscious caramelized milk chocolate like stars in the night sky. This bar melts like butter in your mouth - the taste of slowly caramelized sugars and milk beautifully intermingled - then finishes with a twinkle of crunchy sea salt from the Newfoundland Salt Company. Sweet and salty unite.  Soma’s first space was in a tiny corner of a former whisky distillery. They started off roasting and winnowing cacao beans, refining and conching their own chocolate, spinning gelato, baking cookies, making hot chocolates, and producing a line of truffles. (whew!) A small retail portion would fold out during the day, and like a transformer, fold back in at night.
