They are known for the quality of the ingredients used to infuse the chocolate, which is characterized by a round smoothness. The Dolfin chocolate bar's quality is assured by sealing the chocolate in its own specially wrapped wallet. Ingredients: Chocolate liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, brownie 4% (wheat flour, sugar, butter (milk), cocoa powder, salt), crispy rise 2% (rice flour), emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring. Cocoa solids 37% minimum. Milk solids: 17.5% minimum.
