The Path to Red Roses
I wove in my choice of braids, following with red, white, and soft black colors to make it pop. With the ribbon being lace, velvet and embroidered red roses it all spoke truth. Each treasure used was found in different places. I detailed the pistils of the lace and embroidered flowers with pearls and real opal. The feathers give them a wisp of elegance. I used stones such as opal and ammonite. Ammonite being a fossil that lived in the ocean millions of years ago representing creation, rebirth and protection. I decorated them with Conchos, small red roses and leafy vines. With dripping pearls at the bottom to match her earrings and faux fur woven in creates the softness of her white gown. I intertwined handmade walnuts and acorns by @okavark_collective which really connected the natural look I was aiming for. These classy hair tales speak brilliance and strength as a Gypsy Child of Red Roses.
