Can be used wet or dry, do not rub too hard just lightly back and forth. Happy Eyes - Hydrates and prevents appearance of fine lines. Salt Scrub - Exfoliate and soften your skin with Dead Sea Salt. Complementary with a white towel. Does not come with Basket, it will come wrapped with cello bag and ribbon.
