Painting with the Ancestors RECORDING

Join me for a recorded painting ritual to honor the ancestors, our lineage and our inheritance. I will speak for some time about working with the ancestors, and how the art process can be a powerful and gentle medium through which to commune with them. I will lead us in a water blessing and connection meditation, where we will also explore and appreciate the lineage of our painting materials.  The meditation will  guide us through a deep painting journey, to see what is ready to be communicated to us through our artistic expression. This is a safe and held space through which to connect with and be resourced by your well ancestors. When we are resourced through such connections over time, we then may have the capacity to work with some of the heavier energies and experiences in our lineage.  This ritual introduces some inspiration for ancestral work, especially through an artistic lens.
