Moving the shifter assembly to the top of the exhaust tunnel is a consideration for certain applications, such as motorsports. It leaves extra room for a larger or more tucked exhaust, but it also allows the use of our TL/TSX style Short Shifter. These give awesome versatility in terms of knob position and feel. We put together this Short Shifter Package to upgrade your shifter while moving it to the top of the tunnel. Our Mounting Plate allows this type of gear selector to mount in any EF/EG/EK/DA/DC chassis, the user only needs to drill two small M8 holes.
