The finest glass in Italy has come from Murano Island, near Venice. Color is obtained through the reaction of specific elements which, added to the glass fuse and heated to a certain temperature, will produce bright hues. This rose-pink, elongated bowl has four petal-like lobes. It is in excellent condition.
