Get Out Of Your Own Way
Sometimes in life, you find yourself doing things you shouldn’t do and not doing things you should do. You may not know why you do that. This can be caused by many things, and they all come from you. Often it is from how you are affected by people, situations, or your environment. You basically are getting in your own way, making it harder to be successful. Get Out of Your Own Way explores all of this and what you can do about it. With new perspective comes new cognitions. The intent of this book is to assist people with staying positive, overcoming challenges, and taking charge of their lives. The perspectives given in this book have come from teaching martial arts for over 35 years and training in martial arts for over 40 years. I have also formally trained in personal development information from a science and western approach for well over a decade within groups like the Global Information Network and other sources. What I have found is that the information taught in martial arts and personal development is similar but expressed differently. Experiencing these multiple viewpoints has given me a unique perspective. I’ve had to work through many big challenges in my life using my training in martial arts and personal development. So, this book comes from a place of knowing what it feels like to work through hard things using this information. The hope for this book is to help you move your life continuously forward by providing a concentrated, condensed, and useful view of the information for you to utilize.
