You will need a Japanese Nintendo 64 or a converter for your U.S. N64 System to be able to play this game. It is complete with Cartridge, controller, boxes and instructions. The cartridge has been cleaned and tested (as all our games are) and it works fine. The battery has been tested and it works, there is saved information on the cart currently (see pics). The controller cord was never taken out of the original baggy and both black twist ties have never been removed. The controller looks very nice and the stick is very solid and responsive.
