It is complete with Cartridge, case and instructions. The game has been tested and it works great. The case is missing the back upper hang tag and there is some wear on the plastic inside the lid cover. There are scratches from fingernails inside the case bottom from where people pull the cartridge out of the case. There is a small tear in the outer plastic cover on the front lower left corner (approx. 1/2" long). The instructions look good with only some light waves and a little wear on the back cover. The game has some light remnants of a sticker on the back. The front cover paper has a tear on the Wizards sleeve area and there are small remnants of a sticker there.
