It has the clamshell case with strap, it does not have the original packaging. The snap looks and works great, we inserted an original Game Boy into the holding areas and the clips hold it nice and secure. The strap looks good, the blue ink printing on the logo has some wear on the raised lettering. There is general wear on the case, but overall it looks good. THIS ITEM WILL BE PACKED VERY SECURELY IN A BOX. IT WILL SHIP WITH INSURANCE AND WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.
