Mick Jagger by Loni Theisen 8 x 8 Gallery Wrapped Canvas Portraiture has been my lifelong passion. Capturing someone's essence with pencil or brush is bliss for me. I'm a graphic designer by definition. My experience and techniques used commercially have heavily influenced how I approach, compose, stylize and produce my fine art.Through the years I've experimented in many mediums. I find in my most recent work though, acrylics are my favorite. I paint on cradled wood panels. I like how lightweight and extremely durable they are. Another plus is when I've completed a portrait it's ready to hang "as is" - no framing necessary.
