Marc Courtade via Zoom   The operas of Giuseppe Verdi are a mainstay of the operatic repertoire. This season the MET features three of Verdi’s major works: Rigoetto, Il Trovatore, and Aida. This course examines each of these from a historical perspective through the current season, showcasing some of the extraordinary singers and their artistry that continues to enthrall audiences.
