All empanadas are by the dozen are baked and only one flavor per dozen. Comes with two paired 5oz sauces or substitute with sauce of choice. Comes with Chimichurri Sauce or MayoKetchup.Chicken Empanada: Chunks of chicken seasoned with Puerto Rican sofrito, olives and olive oil in a flaky crust. Comes with MayoKetchup.Cheese Empanada: A blend of Mozzarella, Swiss and Cheddar cheeses melted in a flaky crust. Comes with Maple Syrup. Sweet Potato Empanada: Sweet Potato Mash blended with cinnamon, brown sugar and spices in a flaky crust.
