If you're consistently producing 30 gallons or more, or think you may want to in the future, this is the panel for you. It allows you to run smaller kettles today with one element in each, with room to upgrade to larger kettles with two elements in each. Another popular option with small batch brewers (under 30 gallons) is to use two heating elements in the HLT for faster ramp times but only one in the boil. The choice is yours.
