Unfinished Wooden Engraved Tea Box with Hinges & Latch-12 1/8 x 9 1/4 x 3 3/4-unfinished wood box-engravable wood box-12 compartments

All of our boxes are hand made by my sons and I in my shop in Tennessee. We use only strong American hardwoods for the construction of the sides of our boxes. This gives your box strength to last for generations. We don't soft woods like pine or imported woods. These boxes are handcrafted from 3/8 inch Oak, Maple, or Cherry hardwoods . They have a recessed tops made from 1/4 inch Maple, Oak, or Cherry plywood and bottoms are made from the same plywood. The corners are mitered and the top edges are rounded over to give them a beautiful finished appearance. They have an interlocking hinged top with 90 degree stop hinges to support the lid. And last, they have a small decorative latch to keep them closed tightly. We sand the inside and outside so they are ready right out of the box. The outside dimensions of these boxes are approximately 12 3/8 x 9 1/2 x 3 3/4 inches,  The outside dimensions of this box are approximately 12 1/8 x 9 1/4 x 3 3/4 inches. The inside of the boxes have 12 rem
