Water can keep frizz away so that you may achieve those perfectly defined curls.  Lavender Hydrosol is aromatic water. Lavender is steamed distilled leaving the plant’s water-soluble components behind. This is a gentler and safer version of essential oils. You get all the benefits of the plant in a water-based solution. D Panthenol is a natural ingredient that aids in moisturizing curly hair. This humectant, moisturizer, and emollient are highly effective at moisture retention within the hair.
