Pressing Instructions: Temperature: 325 Pre-Press shirt 5-7 Seconds Center Patch on shirt. Cover with teflon or parchment paper. Press for 20 Seconds with HEAVY PRESSURE. Turn shirt inside out and press a second time. DO NOT WASH OR DRY WITH FABRIC SOFTENER. Notice: The plastic on the back is glue, please do not tear it off.
