Each can comes with 1 box, lid and plastic straw Size: 20 oz and 15oz Recommended time and temp for sublimation 365 degrees F and 6-minute for an oven365 degrees F and 50 second for a press   Must sublimate first before sealing.  Please Note: We always recommend testing your settings as every press and oven can vary in temperature and time.
