REGION: Languedoc COUNTRY: France GRAPE(S): 35% Grenache Blanc, 35% Roussanne, 20% Viognier and 10% muscat BODY: Medium ABV: 11% Very aromatic with notes of nectarine and orange blossoms. Followed by dried apricot, an herbal bitterness (almost like the botanicals in Amaro) and reasonable tannins. WINEMAKING NOTES: Bunches are direct-pressed and fermented with native yeasts and without sulfur in concrete tanks. There is a 15-day maceration with the skins. The wine is aged in concrete tanks.
