Key Lime Tart Filling

This key lime filling is a tropical vacation in a jar. Tangy and refreshing, try mini key lime tarts topped with toasted coconut and a macadamia nut placed on top, use in a party cup for an instant bite of Key Lime Pie or use between layers of cakes or with pancakes.  2 jars fill your own 8-9 inch pie crust. Ingredients: Key lime juice, sugar, corn starch, pectin, lime powder, citric acid 12 oz. jar
