The most compact of the DXR Series speakers, the Yamaha DRX8 8" Active Speaker makes the most of its 1100W of power, delivering extremely high output. It's capable of 129 SPL while maintaining outstanding resolution. The DXR has an 8" cone, 1" throat compression driver, a frequency range of 57Hz-20kHz, FIR-X tuning, and plenty of I/O capabilities. DXR Series Breakdown Performance runs in the family, and like the acclaimed DSR Series before it, DXR Series loudspeakers offer superb high-definition sound and class-leading sound pressure levels-yet in a more compact and extremely functional design for more diversity. The DXR Series loudspeakers are perfectly suited for front-of-house sound, monitors, simple amplification, rigged applications and more.
