Set of two plates. Predator Armor Level III Body Armor is carefully crafted in the U.S. using ballistic-grade steel and includes the option for a Kevlar-lined spall and fragmentation containment layer. Their unique heat-treating, quenching and tempering process ensures an extra-hardened steel plate that is lightweight, impact-resistant, and offers superior ballistic properties. By utilizing their expertise, they are able to provide thinner plates without compromising on protection. All of their plates feature a base coat for added durability and aesthetic enhancement, but do not provide fragmentation mitigation. We highly recommend adding a Kevlar lining for enhanced protection against fragmentation and spalling if your carrier or plate does not have this feature.
