The button is 1" x 1" and a bit over 1/8" thick including the shank. The tiny fairy is less than 1/2" tall! Sparkly, joyous little button. Excellent metal and enamel work, with such tiny gold unicorn-feet, tail and horn! Hand made and hand painted - the artist paints the fairy's dress pink, blue or purple.
