Sleek and smooth, no two alike, they really do look and feel like real, polished horn. 1/8" thick, large holes around 6mm or 1/4". Not heavy: 1/3 ounce. Not a fan of plastic buttons as you can imagine, I think I love these. The backs are great; at first they look solid dark brown/black, but they have a touch of transparency and a hint of the front pattern sometimes shows up. Sold per button.
