Handel Composer of the Month (August) Bulletin Board

George Frederick Handel's Composer of the Month Kit includes the bulletin board pieces pictured above: composer picture and full name, birth and death date, 6 facts about the composer, a quote by the composer, a short list of popular songs students may know and 2 title sheets. A plain title sheet is included if you choose to display this board at some other time or do not what to stick with the owl theme. In addition to the display, this kit features 2 worksheets. One worksheet is a writing/drawing prompt for younger students. The other worksheet contains a paragraph about Handel and asks students to choose the most important facts and summarize them. Worksheets have been designed for 1st-6th graders. Some could be extended into Junior High.
