Unique and lined mineral banding in this stunning dugway geode standup with a sparkly hollow quartz filled cavity. Dugway geode collected in Utah and processed at The Bug House in Delta, Utah. Approximately 2” tall x 3 1/2” wide, oz. Dugway Geodes are composed of quartz crystals, agate, rhyolite, chalcedony and occasionally opal and jasper. These geodes began their formation 6 to 8 million years ago from volcanic activity and continued their formation for millions of years through mineral precipitation.
