If the bow hairs are loose, just use the screw into the frog to give it tautness. Broken hairs are a normal occurrence--simply cut them off and the bow will be good to go. Take care not to over-tighten your bow--it should have a slight bounce from the curve to the strings without touching. To apply the rosin, hold it between your fingers and slowly draw the bow across, making sure to spread the rosin evenly for best results. If a string slips off, don't panic; it can easily be reattached--just reach out to our customer service.
