The Hilltop Cabernet Sauvignon is primarily sourced from the cool El Pomar District in Paso Robles, with additional fruit from the high-altitude J. Lohr Beck Vineyard in the Creston District. These vineyards experience hot summer days and cool nights, creating ideal conditions for Cabernet vines in dry, gravelly soils. This results in dark, concentrated fruit with refined tannins. The wine features aromas of black cherry, toasted pastry, and baking spices, with a dense, soft palate and elegant layers of black and red currants. It's also Certified California Sustainable.
