"Date" (customer to send)     Mockups are started on after payment has been received. Once a mockup is approved and finalized by the customer, changes can not be made. Custom engraved items are not returnable. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please email me immediately. Damaged items must be reviewed within 24 hours of delivery.
