So are we, that’s why we are excited to be bringing you the Fellow Atmos Vacuum Canister to help keep your beans (or any other dry good) as fresh as can be. After filling your canister, simply plop the top on the canister and twist the lid (right to left to right to left) until you experience a slight resistance in the twist. The vacuum seal should be locked in, but when you’re ready to access your freshies, press the button on the top and listen for the release of air.
