Ethiopian Single Origin (Medium Roast)

This Ethiopian Single Origin coffee is so very drinkable! Smooth and silky with overtones of Graham, Red Plum and Roasted Cacao with undertones of Cashew. A slight leather scent can be discerned in the steam rising from the first pour. The fruit is notable but not forward or dominant. The taste components are very balance with a subtle sweetness throughout. This is a lovely Ethiopian Natural!
