Part of the Impex Cask Evolution Series, this 2024 release showcases the unique craftsmanship that defines Kilchoman’s single malt whisky. Nestled in the rugged and picturesque surroundings of Rockside Farm on the north-west coast of Islay, Kilchoman is renowned for its 100% Islay production, making it one of the few distilleries to grow, malt, distill, mature, and bottle all on the island. This special release was matured for 12 years in an Oloroso sherry butt followed by a 3-year second maturation in an Oloroso hogshead, offering a rich interplay of sherry-soaked fruit, smoky peat, and the maritime influence of Islay.
