We plant and harvest the finest blue agaves inThe heart of the tequila valley, cook them at peak maturity in traditional brick ovens before careful distillation in copper pot stills.Aged in Eastern European oak barrels, the tequila is then finished in California cabernet wine casks. As a final step, it is meticulously filtered for flawless clarity andunparalleled smoothness, revealing notes of cooked agave, vanilla bean, dark berries and light spice. For us, every step in the process is a celebration.
